At The Arboretum Villas at Plymouth Place™, our passion for unique experiences was in full bloom for our Evergreen Founders’ Club members at our Morton Arboretum cookout — a fun and festive event specifically for people who have purchased a Villa.

Our picture-perfect day started off with warm conversation and cool cocktails on the patio as our Founders caught up with each other and met new members. After opening remarks and Villa updates from Jay Biere, CEO of Plymouth Place, along with The Arboretum Villas’ team, everyone enjoyed a cookout-style lunch in the beautiful Sycamore Room with sweeping views of blue skies and boundless nature.
With their appetites satisfied, our Founders embarked on a selfie-scavenger hunt. They also had the opportunity to explore Human+Nature, an awe-inspiring outdoor art exhibit featuring eight large-scale sculptures connecting people and trees.
Our Irish trio made for a lively afternoon.
To round out our day, our Founders listened to some lively Irish music and storytelling from our very own Paddy Homan, accompanied by a dynamic guitarist and a fiddle player who kicked things up a notch with his Irish dance skills.

From culinary events to culture, we take senior living to a whole new level at The Arboretum Villas at Plymouth Place. This was the fifth social gathering for our Evergreen Founders’ Club members.
Our first event was the Grand Opening of our new Design Center at 26 S. La Grange Road in La Grange. In May, our Founders celebrated the 148th “Running of the Roses” with a Kentucky Derby party at The Elm in La Grange. In July, we hosted a Financial Roundtable at Topaz Cafe in Burr Ridge, where the Founders met our project management team to get a better understanding of the financing process. In August, we held the “Taste of The Villas”, a gourmet’s delight with an amazing array of food from our executive chef, Lily Corpus, along with food samplings from our partner restaurants including Marco’s Kitchen, The Elm, Kama Bistro, Milkstop Cafe and Q-BBQ.
Our Kentucky Derby Party “photo booth” provided endless laughs and entertainment.
Looking ahead, our Founders’ will soon be attending our “Ask the Architect” event, where they can speak to our architects about customizing their Villas. For our grand finale of 2022, our Founders’ will to kick off the holiday season ‘70s style at our “Disco Ball”.
